My Town Rules / Just like Justinian

In my history I am learning about Justinian the Great. When he was emperor all of the places he conquered had different laws and rules, so he made all of them the same.

Elders are promised free bus rides 4 times a week so that they have a safe way to get to and from the store easily.

All food fundraisers are towards stopping hunger in our community first, so that we are not stopping other cities hunger first.

To make sure that there are harsh penalties are given to those who abuse kids and animals, to make a safer community for kids and animals.

The Hobbit / Characher Contrast And Comparison

In chapter five Bilbo finds himself at the bottom of the Goblin Lair. He was trapped, he had known not how to get out. but he was not the only thing down there. Gollum, once a Hobbit, was also down there, trapped in his own insanity and greed.   Gollum and Bilbo had their similarities and differences.

Bilbo was a quiet hobbit not meant for any adventure, yet there he was at the bottom of a deep dark hole far away from home. But Gollum has a home there, he had collected items that the goblins had dropped and made a little "home" for himself.

they both were from The Shire, not at their happiest place in the world, both wanted something that was very precious to them.
